Both are solid American oak and have been fully refinished to enhance the wood’s natural color. They have also been reupholstered in a thick woven wool-blend fabric. While they’ve been restored, wood is a natural material that naturally has flaws. There are also some minor marks on the oak that could not be removed during the refinish. They are in otherwise excellent condition
